Demigirl
Definiton
Disclaimer: People can experience identities in different ways. As such, people can identify with a label without exactly matching the definition because identities are fluid.
Demigirl (also called demilady, demiwoman, demigal, or demifemale) is a term used by people who experience partial connection to being a girl, woman, or otherwise feminine. Some demigirls also identify as another gender, which can be any gender or combination of genders, including a lack of gender or being agender. Demigirl only refers to a person's gender, so demigirls can be any sexuality or romantic orientation. Demigirls can use any pronouns they like or no pronouns, since pronouns don't equate gender. Demigirls can present in any way they like; they do not have to present in a feminine or androgynous way to be a demigirl.
Being a demigirl does not necessarily mean that someone half identifies as a woman. Some demigirls feel a strong connection with femininity and/or being a woman, while others only feel a vague association. A person can identify as a demigirl regardless of their assigned gender at birth (AGAB). A demigirl may or may not identify as transgender and/or nonbinary for various reasons.
